This website was created by the Diabetes Reference Group to coordinate and provide local information about diabetes as well as to tell Yukoners about available diabetes services and resources.

The Diabetes Reference Group is a territorial coalition of multidisciplinary individuals and groups who are directly or indirectly involved with diabetes prevention and management. Members of the Diabetes Reference Group include specialists in diabetes education, health promotion, and community development.
