Translates behaviour modification and cognitive-behaviour theory into a practical, “how-to” format. It offers you all the information and resources you need to revitalize your individual counseling approach and to lead innovative, dynamic group workshops with your clients. Years of research clearly demonstrate that the cognitive-behavioural approach is an appropriate and successful model for people who struggle with their eating.
